Great location, need renovation

The room and bathroom need renovation. There’s not even outlets to plug devices. Unfortunately, I was up since 4am because two drunk women deceived to get back to their room next to me and chat loudly and even move furniture until 6am. I would not come back. Not worth the price and it’s not on a fair not standard.

It was wonderful to host an event at the Fairmont! It was an incredible experience planning an event with Lyndsay - I was so grateful for her experience and attention to detail every step of the way. This was a fabulous event location, and I can't wait to return for the next one!

We had a wonderful experience using the Fairmont Copley as our venue for a 250 person gala dinner. The ballroom was gorgeous and perfectly suitable for the high profile guests in attendance. All staff were exceptional in their attention to detail and professionalism, especially our point of contact, Lyndsay Picciano. Not to mention the hotel catering was one of the best I have tasted!

My team managed a sit-down dinner awards event in the Fairmont Copley Plaza Ballroom. The hotel staff, particularly Lyndsay Picciano and the Chef, did an amazing job! Despite a tight turnaround after a very busy weekend, everything came off without a hitch.
